Performance test – vibration and impact resistance
This is an important test to ensure that the push rod can work well in the continuous vibration of off-highway equipment and other machinery。
Performance test – mechanical durability
The mechanical durability test of the push rod is designed to ensure that you can trust the push rod to work well throughout its life. All push rods, regardless of size and model, shall undergo durability test. We always strive to reach a high number of cycles.
Climatic test – Foreign object protection (IP)
The industrial push rod has strong resistance and can work well in the environment affected by water and dust. In some cases, it has to undergo high-pressure cleaning under high temperature. These properties are very important. This is why we test whether the push rod reaches the level of foreign object protection. Our push rod uses all-round sealing and performance test.
Climatic tests – salt and chemicals
In order to ensure the long service life of the industrial push rod in the environment with severe corrosion, we put the push rod under the adverse effects of salt and chemicals in the humid environment – two projects are aimed at the real test of the push rod. Our front and rear pullers are chemically treated with new nickel alloy treatment to make the push rod pullers more corrosion resistant!
Climate test – temperature and humidity
The purpose of the test under the environment of temperature and humidity changes is to ensure that the push rod can have reliable performance under adverse weather conditions. Special tests such as immersion test are also used in the test plan to meet the requirements of very high applications. Our oil is imported from Mobil and Japan at a temperature of - 40 ℃ - 260 ℃。
Electromagnetic compatibility - EMC
Test the electromagnetic compatibility of LINAK industrial push rod according to various industrial standards. This test aims to ensure the immunity of the push rod to electromagnetic interference, so as to prove that the radiation of the push rod has no impact on industrial machinery.
