Load analysis and cushioning improvements for electric actuators
For an electric actuator to run properly, the working angle is generally kept within 40 degrees. Doing so improves efficiency while reducing friction and wear. The actuator's mounting bracket also has to be designed sensibly, with the forces across the section analysed. Because the loaded face matters, we build actuators in different lengths and models rather than one size for everything. Cylinder bore varies too — length alone is not enough to specify an actuator, so the bore has to be considered alongside it.

How does a height-adjustable desk work?
A height-adjustable desk is built from lifting columns, a motor and a controller. How it worksOnce power is connected, the controller supplies 24V DC to the column motor. Pressing a key on the handset sends the motor a forward or reverse signal. The motor turns, and its worm and worm wheel reduce the speed. As the worm wheel turns, it drives the internal lead screw through the transmission parts, which raises or lowers the inner tube. Motion parameters are set through the controller's software.
